CORONAVIRUS - updated Nov 2020

If your child is required to self-isolate, we need to close a bubble or in case of another lockdown, we have  produced a clear set of expectations  regarding remote learning' you from us and us from you. Please click here to read  the policy. There is also a  letter regarding this available here.

We have started to see an increased number of children staying off school with a variety of symptoms, or being sent home.
We realise that every cough isn't COVID, but we are not medical professionals and we can only follow the guidance that is available from the Government, Public Health England, and the NHS.
If your child is coughing, whatever the cause may be, please do not send them into school. If we notice a child coughing, we will have to contact you and ask you to collect them as soon as possible.
We understand that sending your child home when they have a cough may seem unnecessary however we cannot take chances in the current climate. If there was a positive test result in your child's class, either staff or pupil, the whole class would have to self-isolate for 14 days.
We have put together an attendance guide which we hope will help you to decide whether or not to send your child into school. If you are concerned about any symptoms that your child is showing, please seek medical advice.
